Project name: Master Your Emotional Intelligence Skills Through Game Cards
No. project: 2019-1-RO01-KA229-063899 Implementation period: starts 01-09-2019 / ends 31-08-2021 Context: Our European systems of education is based on evaluating students according to their academic achievements, and almost never from the point of emotional intelligence development or emotion management. There for, studies on European system of education, had identify a important problem regarding early school leaving. Causes of early school leaving are: 1. Academic failure; 2. Economic difficulties; 3. Social and Familial Background; 4. Physical and psychological barriers; 5. Peer bullying; 6. Broken relationships with teachers. The complexities of this issue includes also direct and indirect facts. Objectives: Objectives of this project are related to conclusion drawn by Future Job Report Economic Forum data, where Emotional Intelligence will be in the 6th place in 2020 and 6th in 10 basic skills required.
Result expected: The purpose of each of the game (presented above ) is different from the other. The behavioral changes that are expected to be developed in total are:
Target group involved: I. Students I.1. Age 13-17 I.2. Directly involved from each school: 20 (16 in blended mobilitie’s ) I.3 II. Teachers II.1. Directly involved: 5 or 6 II.2. Indirect involved: 10 to 50 each school |
